In today’s world, there are many reasons why you may need a coaching relationship.
But you may ask, “Why do coaching with Gorana?”
First, I know who my target clients are, and they’re people facing one or more of the following challenges:
- You feel stuck in your role. You would like to move on, but it looks as if your shoes are glued to the surface. Now you want to work on sustainable long-term solutions by breaking the challenge into manageable elements helped by a coach.
- You want to have more clarity about your career and prepare before “jumping into the new organization."
- You desire to improve your leadership style and capabilities.
- You’re looking for a sparring partner who will help you reflect and see other perspectives for your current career challenges.
How can I help you?
I can help you with the System Psychodynamic coaching in which you enjoy the following:
- I’ll meet you where you are. You are the expert in your business role; my job is to help you strengthen your impact.
- We will use metaphors, associations, meaning, and emotions to increase awareness and connect with your conscious and unconscious self.
- Exploration of Person, Role, and Organization. Often, the challenges are in the grey zone where those aspects are entwining and influencing each other.
Under Person, we’ll discuss motivation, beliefs, strengths, fears, and relationships with authority and peers.
The Role aspect refers to self-management in relation to your given role in the organization and other areas of life. It is personal for everyone since we all have individual skills and “ways of doing things."
Our work happens in the Organization (or system). We are impacting the organization and the organization is impacting us in our role and as a person.
Aside from the above model, I can also use the GROW coaching model. Of course, we’ll choose a suitable model based on your challenges and expected outcome.
